We wish to offer you, Pauline, and your family, our sincerest condolences. Derek was a great guy and a dear friend. We will always remember the many good times we had together – including his ‘flipping’ heck’ and ‘bloody hell’ remarks. We will miss him, and always think of him with warm hearts.

It was a great shock to hear of Derek’s death.
I knew Derek through St. Mary’s Hospital Rehabilitation programme, where he could out stair-step me every time. Derek was a lovely man, whom I would have liked to have known better and for much longer.
May he rest in peace.
May Pauline and all his children and grandchildren know that he lives, and that they will meet him again beyond the shore which he has just left.
God’s blessings upon you all.
