Steckly, Clarence
Passed away on Sunday January 29, 2017 at Hillside Manor, Mitchell. Clarence was formerly of R.R. # 2 Atwood.  He was born 88 years ago in Elma Township and was the son of the late Christian and Barbara (Roth) Steckly.
Dear brother of John and Mary Ellen Steckly of Wellesley. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Darlene (Douglas), Howard (Carol), James (Becky), Peter, Tony (Sheri), Vera (Dan), Martha, Michael, Mary (Mark) and 14 great-nieces and great-nephews.  Clarence was predeceased by a brother Laverne, sisters Christina Steckly, Lydia Steckly, Laureen and Howard Walters and sister-in-law Nancy Steckly.
Clarence was a member of Morningview Amish Mennonite Church. He enjoyed gardening and assisting on the farm.
Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Tuesday January 31, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday February 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Morningview Amish Mennonite Church, R.R. # 1 Newton with Bishop Kenneth Kuepfer officiating.  Interment to follow in the church cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Morningview Amish Mennonite Church or Family Services Perth-Huron.
