Dear Aunt Josie and family
We were saddened to hear of Uncle Karl’s passing. We remember with great fondness your multiple visits with us when travelling past with your RV. It was always such a joy to have family come by! And I ( Denise) recall many fun breakfasts in Wellesley with the both of you when home visiting mom and dad.
We are praying that you will find great comfort in many good memories of a full life, richly lived, but ultimately rest in the comfort only God can provide.
With sincerest sympathy,
Denise and Peter

Condolence from Susan (Burkhart) Smalley sent on August 13, 2018

My sincere condolences to Karl’s family and friends. I remember Karl as a generous and giving gentleman. He gave me my FIRST truck-driving job knowing full well that I didn’t have a clue to share. He allowed me to drive on weekends and any time he had a truck available. Hauling ‘liquid waste’ wasn’t as unpleasant as it sounds and it sure offered a great learning experience. Rest in Peace Karl. Take comfort in your fond memories family. Know that his time here is done. My heart goes out to each and every one of you at this time.

With much respect.
S. Smalley.
