Teresa, Steven and families, it is with great sadness that I read your Mom’s obituary. We were away on vacation when your Mom passed. I was reading my newspapers when I came across Jeanie’s obituary. Your Mom will always be remembered as a caring loving person. I have fond memories of the day we visited your parents at Aaron Lake. Our kids felt right at home with Jeanie and Jerry. They remember them well. There is another angel in the heaven.
Take care, Love always Donna Tiffn

Teresa, Steven & family.. We are soo very sad to hear about Jeannie’s passing. Your parents were friends of mom’s (Mary) before I was even thought of. And it was great that they remained friends through Jeannie’s lifetime. I know them talking or getting together the last couple years has been tougher due to their ages and mobility but they always had great chats and fun when they did. We had some really great times with your parents and you guys over the years. I always enjoyed seeing them.
It was great when we had a trailer at Arran Lake and got to spend some time with them there (& and you two and your families). As far as I can remember.. the first really good exposure I had to dogs was when I was little and you guys lived on Weber St and Jerry put me on your dog to ride on like it was a little pony. It was fun. I think maybe it was your dogs that made me enjoy being around dogs soo much over the years. There was never a dull moment when we would visit. On Guelph st I remember when you had a ferret and Jeannie told me it may nibble on my toes. LOL! I had my feet up on the chair with me for at least the first half of the visit.
I was blessed to have known Jeannie (and of course Jerry and you kids). I am sure you have many wonderful memories.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
