Passed away after a brief illness on Monday, January 15, 2018 at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener.  Yvonne was born in Elbow, Saskatchewan 92 years ago and was the daughter of the late Robert Cleasby and former Ethel Smith.
Beloved wife and best friend of Donald John Riemens.  Forever missed by her son Kenneth and his wife Susan of Kitchener.  Dearly missed by her grand children Chad and Lance as well as by her great-grandchildren Justin and Zachary.  Yvonne is survived by her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Allan & Nora, Glen & Linda, Dennis & Margo, Dawn Cleasby and Sharon Cleasby as well as by her many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her brothers; Bob and his wife Gerry, Lorne, Elwood and her sisters; Bernice and George Zahra, Lorraine and Bill Lee, Lucille and Leonard Olinski and Irene Wismer.
At Yvonnes request cremation has taken place.  A Private Family Service will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2018 and a public celebration of life will be on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the St Agatha Community Centre from 1 – 4 pm. 
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of One’s choice would be greatly appreciated and can be done by contacting the funeral home. 
A special thank you to the staff at St. Mary’s General Hospital (7th Floor) for kind and compassionate care of Mom. A special thank you to Dr. Richard Upenieks.
