Condolence from Susan & Tony Brenner sent on February 2, 2018

Dear David, Chris & Family,
Please accept our sincere sympathy for your loss. We have so many wonderful memories of the times we spent with Myrtle growing up in New Hamburg and at Grand Bend. She was a special lady. Her sparkling blue eyes and her laugh brought a smile to those around her. She will live on in the memories of all who knew and loved her. May you find peace and comfort in those memories of happy times spent together.

Dave, Chris and family – thoughts and prayers to you at this difficult time. Shirley Unrau and I used to drop in to visit Myrtle at Nithview. She was always so welcoming and kind – insisting on sharing whatever she had in her ‘treat’ dish. And showing us her family pictures. 🙂

My memories of Mrytle and Ralph are when we stopped at their place in Florida and we went to a yard sale and I got what I thought was quite tacky! It looked like a nut cracker with artificial flowers in it! I said I don,t have room in our motor home for that and Mrytle says, I love that piece of wood, I,ll take it!! And she often told me she still had it many years later. I wonder where it is now. She had a long life, but it’s still an end to an era. Sincere condolences Dave and Chris and families.
Judie Bowlby
