Passed away peacefully on Friday April 28, 2017 at his home in Milverton after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born 57 years ago in Listowel.
Beloved son of Wilma (Gummow) Maddess and the late George Maddess. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Jeanne Bailllie and Clayton of Atwood, Jim (predeceased), Wayne Maddess of Maryhill, Don Maddess and Pam of Mitchell, Marilyn Maddess of Stratford and Monique Abraham of Lancaster.  Sadly missed by a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Bob was employed at Home Hardware in St. Jacobs for over 25 years. He was an avid hunter and motorcyclist and was part of the Milverton Moose Hunting Camp.
Cremation has taken place.   A memorial visitation will take place at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Saturday May 6, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
