I’ve had much respect for Harry, having met him years ago. I always enjoyed his conversation and quick wit. He shared many a story about world events, personal experiences, his love of cheese from the eastern townships of Quebec. He was a genuine man with vast knowledge, kind heart and great devotion to his dear Joan. Every time I saw him, he asked of my fine husband (having never met him) and took a keen interest in his work travels and our lives. Harry took his health issues in stride and soldiered on without complaint, always thankful for the care he received. Harry always put a smile on my face, and I will miss him dearly.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Harry where I work at Haffner Motors in New Hamburg. I’ve gotten to know him over the past 3 years. He is a dear sweet soul, always chatted with me and told stories of days gone by. I feel privileged for having met him. May he rest in peace.

Hello to my family.

I have been recalling the many memories I have of Uncle Harry during the last few months. He was such a great person. I recall him educating me about King Tut and the other Egypitian Pharaohs. I learned to swim in their pool, (of course by the help of twin boys). He certainly enjoyed his pipe.

I had such an amazing experience after finding out about his passing, I’ve emailed you all with the details.

He has ascended and is at peace with his lovely smile on.

My condolences to you all.

Love and light always,

JoJo xoxo
