Gascho, Raymond
Passed away peacefully at Knollcrest Lodge on Friday, November 24, 2017. Raymond was born 86 years ago, a son of the late Christian Gascho and former Elizabeth Nafziger. Beloved husband of Annie (Kuepfer) Gascho of Milverton. Loving father of Stephen Gascho (Joy) of Hesson, Brenda Gascho of Milverton, Bernice MacKinnon (Brian) of Paisley, Daniel Gascho (Deborah) of Crosshill. Lovingly missed by grandchildren Alyssa (friend Samuel) Tamara (friend Rashmika), Jocelyn, Colton, Brianna, Benjamin, Ethan, Austin, Annie, Mikael, and Alexander. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Amos Gascho, Andrew and Dorothy Gascho all of Brunner, Sadie and Mahlon Jantzi of Wellesley, Gerald Gascho of Stratford, David and Florence Gascho, Joseph Gascho all of Milverton, Danny and Velma Gascho of Poole, Homer Biehn of Listowel, Peter and Margaret Kuepfer of Nithburg, Albert and Reta Kuepfer of Linwood, Frieda and Mahlon Zehr of New Hamburg, Marian and Vernon Zehr of Millbank, Norma Kuepfer of Milverton, Madeline Kuepfer of Listowel. He was predeceased by sisters Mary Gascho and Catherine Biehn, sisters-in-law Alice Gascho, Jean Gascho, Wendy Gascho and brothers-in-law Levi Kuepfer and Norman Kuepfer.
Raymond was a member of Zion Mennonite Fellowship Church, Cranbrook.
Visitation will be held at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Sunday from 7-9 and Monday 1-3 & 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Donegal Mennonite Fellowship, 7021 Perth Road 147 Atwood, Ontario on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. Interment in Mount Zion Mennonite Cemetery (at the former Salem Fellowship Church site.)
Special thanks to the staff at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton for the care and compassion Raymond received these last two years.
