CARNEY, PAUL ALEXANDER
With broken hearts we announce the passing of Paul Carney after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Grand River Hospital, KW Health Centre at the age of 62.
Paul will be fondly remembered by his loving parents Charles and Jean (Reist) Carney.  Beloved husband and best friend of Brenda (Honderich) Carney whom he married on October 15, 1982.  Forever missed by his children; Kristopher and Amber Carney, Amanda Carney and Steven Bowen and grandchildren; Elyse and Hunter Carney.  Paul is survived by his brothers and sister, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; John and Sonja Carney, Peter and Lois Carney, Kathy and Bob Shaw, Laurie and Nancy Honderich, Debbie Snyder, Wendy and Rich Held and by his mother-in-law Melba Honderich.  Predeceased by his father-in-law Ronald Honderich (2007).  Paul will be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Paul was an active man and kept himself busy.  If there was a project to do he would find the time and accomplish it, he was always fixing and building all that he could imagine.
